Shipping policy
Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses in the UK, including England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands and Islands. We also deliver to the Channel Islands (Jersey and Guernsey) and the Isle of Man.
We do not currently ship to Europe or the rest of the world.
Delivery options and costs
- Standard Shipping: £3.99, usually delivered within 3 to 5 working days
- Express Shipping: £5.99, usually delivered within 1 to 2 working days
Delivery prices are the same wherever we deliver. Prices include VAT where it applies. The options available for your order, and an estimated delivery date, are shown at checkout.
Some items are ordered in from our suppliers before they are sent out, which is why Standard Shipping can take up to 5 working days. If there is any delay with your order, we will let you know.
Dispatch
Orders are packed and sent out each weekday morning. Most orders are dispatched on the next working day. Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched on the next working day.
Delivery times are counted from the day your order is dispatched, not the day you place it.
Channel Islands and Isle of Man
Parcels to Jersey and Guernsey may need a customs declaration, which we complete for you. Delivery to the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man can occasionally take a little longer than to the UK mainland.
Tracking your order
When your order has been dispatched, we will email you tracking details so you can follow your parcel.
Delays and missing parcels
Delivery times are estimates and can sometimes be affected by carrier delays, bad weather or busy periods. If your parcel has not arrived by the expected date, please contact us at info@ukbikefit.com and we will look into it with the carrier.
Delivery address
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot always change the address once an order has been dispatched.
