Refund policy

Returns

We offer 90-day returns. You have 90 days from the date your order is delivered to start a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging, including any tags supplied. Fitted, custom or special-order items may not be returnable. If you are unsure, please ask us before you buy.

How to start a return

  1. Log in to your account and open the returns portal.
  2. Select the order and the item(s) you want to return.
  3. Follow the on-screen steps for your return label and drop-off instructions.

If you cannot access the returns portal, email us at info@ukbikefit.com.

Return postage

If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the cost of return postage. If an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we will cover the cost of returning it.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show the refund on your account.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, email info@ukbikefit.com or use our contact form and choose "Return or exchange".

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, contact us at info@ukbikefit.com as soon as possible so we can put it right.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Appointments and services

This section applies to bike fits, physiotherapy, testing and other appointments booked with us.

  • 48 hours or more notice: you can cancel for a full refund or rearrange your appointment free of charge.
  • Less than 48 hours notice: you can rearrange once free of charge. If you cancel, we may charge 50% of the appointment fee.
  • Missed appointments: if you do not attend and have not told us, the full fee may be charged.
  • If we need to cancel: we will offer you a new date or a full refund.

To cancel or rearrange, email info@ukbikefit.com as early as possible.

If you book an appointment online, you have 14 days to cancel for a full refund, unless your appointment takes place within those 14 days at your request. In that case, the cancellation terms above apply.
